I cant tell you, how tasty these Dhokla came out! Followed exactly and voila now i can say a Punjabi can make Gujarati Dhoklas😀 i was not willing to pour ground nut oil over the dhoklas , thank god i did pour and now i donot crave for street food dhoklas . I did one addition, i also had spread garlic red chutney with peanutoil over the dhoklas. It tasted yummy. Its now superhit at my home. Thanks A TON!!

મનિષાબેન, આથો સરસ આવવા દેવો અને એક-બે થાળીનાં ઢોકળા ઉતરે એટલું ખીરું તપેલીમાં કાઢી સોડા ઉમેરવા. બધા ખીરામાં એક સાથે ઉમેરશો તો સોડાની અસર ઓછી થઈ જશે અને ઢોકળા ફૂલશે નહિ.
