these videos are not for entertainment, they are clearly "fair dealing" under UK copyright law and are exempt as they are reporting current affairs, as I am sure you are aware UK courts "bear in mind that considerations of public interest are paramount".
UK courts see the fair dealing defence usually only applies when part of a work has been taken such as small clips as per my youtube videos.
Reporting of current events
Under Section 30(2), fair dealing using any work for the purpose of reporting current events, with sufficient acknowledgement, is a valid exception to copyright. Photographs are excluded, however; Cornish, Llewelyn and Aplin write that this is "in order to preserve the full value of holding a unique visual record of some person or event" (3RD MAY 2018) Subscribe for more Nigel Farage content.

Reality, I agree with you, but I do regret that Nigel quite the leadership immediately after the referendum vote was won. If he had stayed then I do not believe that UKIP would be in terminal decline, as it now appears to be. The Country NEEDS a THIRD party and UKIP was the best bet for achieving that, sadly, no more! I also agree with Chris Clark. Lord Malcolm Pearson, is the one PEER worthy of his place and title ..... the rest DETRITUS !

There are reasons and justifications for all of Nigels decisions. He left UKIP because it was under fire. He did far more damage to the propaganda going independent. When he was part of UKIP, it was an every day media assault, and he spent most of his time having to apologise for idiots who were literally making setups, sending in 'moles', creating fake leaflets. Nigel even helped a disabled woman into a hotel, and there quick as a flash, media made front page the very next day, "Nigels having an affair behind his wife's back"... when all he did was help a lady who was on crutches. We all know today what the media is like, and Nigel was not allowed anywhere near positions of authority either, due to the corrupt nature of how UK's government system works. They even mocked the people of Thanet when Nigel stood for that election, by having a Tory defeat Nigel, someone who absolutely no-one had ever heard of before.... Online polls were showing Nigel to be winning that election weeks before at 75% !!! Cameron's distant cousin Al Murray the fat pub comedian was also taking part in that election for South Thanet, just to take attention away, and make a mockery of the evident setup. Nigel was not allowed near power, and was strongly attacked in media consistently for things which were not relative to him whatsoever. A Crown prosecution did attempt to address this whole shambles of an election, which Nigel had outright won by miles ahead, but when they did... THEY were accused of interfering >> See here... www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/06/02/crown-prosecution-service-accused-interfering-election-charging/

Richard Moloney Not at all. BUT with the presence of a SIGNIFICANT third party, of what ever colour, then we wouldn't be swinging, politically, from one extreme to the other. In my long lifetime, Nothing has changed for the betterment of ALL. LEFT or RIGHT- PARTY BEFORE COUNTRY, and so the story continues swinging from one blunder to the next !

@Quinn Quinn. The existence of Belgium is nothing like the creation of the UK. Great Britain is a small island with no natural barriers between its constituent parts with a peoples that have predominantly spoken the same language for a couple of hundred years. It is a nation that has remained together with the democratic consent of the English, Welsh, Scottish, and to a lesser extent the Irish. Most modern day countries are the product of an amalgamation of former states including Germany, Spain, Italy and France. Whereas Belgium has nothing to commend it historically, other than being the preferable route for Germany to invade France, Britain was at the forefront of the development of the modern world having the greatest empire the world has seen and being the world superpower for most of the 19th century. Great Britons historically dominate the worlds of medicine, science, exploration, and literature. All this history is post creation of the union. Hence British people have much to be proud of. Unlike the Belgians. Which was rather Farage's point. Quinn is an Irish name isn't it? Just saying. Bit predictable,

I am Belgian Mr Farage and I can tell you that it is true that Belgium has 2 languages and even 3 with Germany but I can assure you that the Belgians do not hate each other in our country, it is the politicians who create division between Walloons and Flemish. We, the people, we accomodate very well, the Walloons spend their holidays in the sea with Flemish and Flemish appreciate the Walloon ardennes. Everything you hear on TV is of course created by the politicians. By the way, I want the BELXIT !!! Congratulations to the majority of the English people, they understood everything !!!!

It's true that in Belgium national identity is not quite like in most European nations. It's a younger nation than most and it's certainly more like a combination of other identities since its inception. That may have some influence in the way they see another level of identity on top, from the emotional point of view which is not to be dismissed.

As with every point about Brexit there is a sad and pathetic irony. In this case Belgium 🇧🇪 is a nation state, meaning a sovereign country meaning the only actual definition of a real country officially. England is not. The only official recognition of English is as a language *👤You can not be an English citizen or national like you are of Belgium. There are no English embassies. So shut the FCUK up 👆 you racist little ligger and go exploit your free privileges as an MEP like nobody else has taken as much advantage of as squalid, Sordid two faced FCUKER Farage, drinking the best European wines and eating its great food. Another sad and pathetic irony from the little man with the big pint selling a public image as a regular person.

Sometimes you have to stand up for what you believe in, even if there is a chance you may be worse off for it. I think Nigel has "hit the nail on the head". If you come from a great nation like Britain, France, and Italy then you will always put your national identity before that of a bureaucratic super state. If you come from a historical irrelevance like Belgium or Luxembourg then you probably will not. Germany is a curiosity. Their great shame in the 20th century has tempered their inherent nationalism and skewed public opinion.

I'm a 19yr old flemish/dutch Belgian. He is 100% correct. I have zero connection to the French part of Belgium. We read different journals, watch different news stations and have opposing political views. The Dutch part came very close to decide to organise a referendum for a split of Belgium a few years ago. Leader of Flander's biggest party(also technically belgium's biggest party then) once said he didn't believe Belgium would still exist in 2030. Quite frankly, I dont think it will.

What is he complaining for "not negotiation" with Cameron? Wasn't it him who always said "Britain shouldn't negotiate, but leave instantly"? And why is he still a member of the EU parliament? He always said he only is a member because he wants to use his membership to push Brexit forward... now we have Brexit. Why isn't he leaving???? BECAUSE OF THE PAYROLLS HE GETS

Yeah, more or less Farage is a hypocrite and blames others when he doesn't get his way. He is a con man nothing else. Heck I could bet you all the money in the world that if May said Farage since you think you can do better you lead he would turn it down. It's the same reason he left UKIP after the vote because all he can do is talk when it comes to action he runs away like a scared little boy he can make grand gestures but when it comes to deleiver he runs away

+ o-ren ishhi. I was paraphrasing the words of Farage himself. ""Who are you?" I'd never heard of you. Nobody in Europe had ever heard of you. I would like to ask you, President, who voted for you, and what mechanism … oh, I know democracy's not popular with you lot, and what mechanism do the people of Europe have to remove you? Is this European democracy? Well, I sense, I sense though that you are competent and capable and dangerous, and I have no doubt in your intention, to be the quiet assassin of European democracy, and of the European nation states. You appear to have a loathing for the very concept of the existence of nation states - perhaps that's because you come from Belgium, which of course is pretty much a non-country. "

I've spent lots of time in Belgium; the Flemish side. It's a lovely country with great people, but Nigel is right it's far from a unified country and in fact it's split into three, not two, with a section to the south being German speakers. I can also tell you that there ARE Euro sceptics there, who would love to get out of the EU. But they sadly accept that they will probably be the last country to go.

Haha and the UK is more of a country than Belgium is? You don't only have different languages, you also have different footballteams. And didn't you also have a referendum about the scots leaving you a few years ago that was reaaallly tight? We've never had that here, just saying. Like maybe you're not aware of it, but your o so mighty UK is much less 'united' than Belgium is...

o-ren ishhi you offered 18 days resistance with an army of 650,000 after the General decided the allied cause was lost and he was sympathetic to the Nazi cause... After the war 56,000 Belgium's where prosecuted for Collaboration. Look at the military deaths.. Belgium :12,000 UK : 387,500 Britain thought a retreating battle with 400,000 men for nearly a year before being pushed back to the UK....you surrendered with 650,000 in 18 days...

Kristel, you hit the nail right on the head. But, you know, for all their "patriotic" blather, the Brextremists commenting on here would be quite happy to see the UK break up, rather than not have their beloved Brexit. Only England (and Wales, just) voted out in any case. And they bray like demented schoolboys about Belgium. Pathetic!
