The problem isnt about mixing, problem is about replacing the culture which I really dislike since the place loses its value. My husband and I vacationed in London a couple of years ago. We got turned around somehow leaving the British Museum and after walking four or five blocks in the wrong direction we found ourselves in very hostile territory. Everywhere were Middle Eastern faces but not one smiled at us and no one asked if we were lost. It was obvious we were American tourists. They just stopped what they were doing and either glared at us in a menacing way or started talking among themselves about us. We turned around and quickly walked back the way we had come. I wish there was a tourist map with sections marked off that tell tourists where not to go.

Exactly, like there's nothing wrong with having some foreigners if they function well in the community or assimiliate and pick up the local culture, but i want England to be overall english in it's culture and people and the same with Sweden, Japan, Germany, China, India and so on. I agree with most of what he said and almost my entire family are foreign-born immigrants. Generally, most immigrants never easily assimilate and integrate with their new society and many of them return back to their countries in their old age. Many immigrants wish they haven't immigrated in the first place. But the some do eventually blend in society and accept the new norms and values are a minority.
