@hematitecrow I never lost so much weight as when I stopped caring about the amount of calories I was eating, or worried that I ate my 5 veg and fruit a day, or that I worked out enough to burn enough fat in a week. My weight started to plummet when I learned to enjoy food and listen to my body. Besides, nobody said you should eat Nigella's food every day.
