So glad to have found this recipe again, pavlova by its very nature is incredibly sweet but the addition of cocoa offsets it beautifully. I love it swathed in cream and a pile of strawberries on top, heaven.

Doesn't take look to be a millionaire...having established herself on various food network TV shows around the world, books that sell well...KZbin and other social media is just "extra"...add, maybe becoming a millionaire wasn't her goal. Seems the people who DO make $ their goal don't make it. She could have also done some modelling. But cooking was and probably still is her thing.

When I'm making a pavlova, I mix in two thirds of the sugar and then fold in the last third by hand. I always thought that is what made the outside shell crisp and the inside marshmallowy. I didn't realise it was the vinegar. Also: Before you put the paper on the baking tray, take the plate you're going to put the pavlova on and trace around it with a pencil onto the paper. You can use that as a guide so that your pavlova won't end up too big for your plate.

Arvo Nigella. OH WOWEEE!!! Mum recently added Vinegar to her last Pav for the first time recently. It was truly the best Pav she ever made+the best Pav I ever tasted in my life. lol (This is the first time I have seen this Video+the Vinegar hint to Pavs. :D I can't wait to show her this vid) Since the first time I watched+heard your cooking/baking, I was hooked for life. I have always loved your accent+not only the way you cook+bake, but the enthusiasm towards the world of Food. And the poetic lady-like way that you present yourself+talk as you are baking or cooking. You are beyond 'Nigella Awesome' You are fantabulous+such an inspiration. In my humble opinion, you are a cooking-baking 'Legend' You are fantastic more than you realize. Cheers for all the inspiration. I also love how humble you are. Makes me very hungry for more. Take care+stay safe. Best wishes. Hello from NZ. Manz from the land of Whittaker's chocolate. :D

I have been watching the Chocolate Pavlova with Raspberries and I was hoping to find out what cookbook I could get more of your delicious desserts. I love making pastry and should weigh 130kg but still only around 51kg. Not as beautiful as you but my grandsons don’t seem to mind, I have 5 of them.👦🏼👦🏼👦🏼👶👶👵 I have them all to myself except the youngest who lives across the country in Mississippi. Anyway, I also love your Lamb dinners. I simply adore Lamb Shoulder and Leg of Lamb but only my daughter and I partake in the taste. It’s quite expensive for two people and a lot of food as well. Thank goodness for the freezer. Cheers, Jill
