I can't believe Nigella's 'Nigella Bites' are from between 1999 to 2001. It just seems like only yesterday that she made these videos...her dishes are always pure gold and always looking mighty delicious which i'm sure they are👍🏼

I learned how to make perfect carbonara sauce with bucatini this summer and one day I made it for my breakfast which was at lunchtime. Like bacon and egg pasta. So delicious. And I’d do it again.

old comment I know but lemongrass has a lemony citrus flavour with a slight mint edge; lemon and mint with raspberries isn't an odd combination so this would work.

OMG, the headache -inducing super close-ups. Make it stop!! As a graphic artist, I will tell you that close ups like that create tension in the shot. I don't think that's what you want. Zoom out to the lighter, airier, more relaxing shots. Did you not learn this in college? ...and the cutting to a blurred shot that slowly comes into focus, again, it's jarring and uncomfortable. It may seem artsy, but you're ruining a fantastic delivery.

This was filmed 20 years ago, bit late to fix innit? Some of the older ones feature a lot of purpousely out of focus shots which I do find headache inducing, these close ups however serve to showcase the desired texure and technique and not to create tension. It's a cooking tutorial not a film sequence
