I love listening to Nigella monologue aimlessly. Having been familiar with her books for a while, I know she's visited most of these themes before, but her stream-of-consciousness delivery always seems novel and profound. I wish she wouldn't have stopped herself on the topic of the dialogue of food, because I know she has some heady and stimulating opinions in that regard. I hope that as she matures, she'll get a bit more theoretical and indulgent in her writing; she'd make a great food scholar.

She has the most beautiful eyes. Not just here eyes, but she is a great speaker and I love her speech! She is so right about the olive oil! I argue with friends all the time and tell them that extra virgin olive oil has a low smoking point! The regular olive oil, along with a neutral oil like avocado or corn oil have higher smoking points and are better for cooking.

Nigella's cooking is fabulous, she is so down to earth although she was brought up in an extremely posh wealthy household and she has had a privileged upbringing and education. "I do not think however Nigella could make 'instant meals' when you have thirty quid to feed yourself and a family for a week!!!!!!!!!!!!" because she's claimed that she could?? Whilst the Lawson/ Salmon families are well connected they're hardly "extremely posh"!
