Testimony time! Oh my goodness! I made this and was totally blown away. It is so nice and soft. You won't even more it's a vegetable. I am truly a fan of this dish. My body felt so good. I can't choose which I enjoyed best between this and the garden egg one. I heard of broccoli fufu too. Ms Flo, I want to see you try it out before I do...you know nah, as the madam at the top...lol

Oh no Fufu is a Ghanaian origin dish, eaten mostly by the Akan tribe. It is called fufu because it is made of cassava with plantains. We also have it in yams, coco yams or ripe plantain. Over the years, other African countries have stolen our dish, made it whatever they want and called it fufu.Unfortunately, a foreign person would think this is fufu cos it was made by some from west Africa. No! This is NOT fufu. Fufu is a carbs food eaten with soup. Just like I can’t call Gari, couscous or any orange rice jollof. It’s the same here too. Spanish ppl have these orange rice dish they eat and it is NOT jollof just as this is not Fufu even though you try to make it look like one. Stop confusing people! Thank you
