Night Café - Homemade video by Mal

I can't thank you enough for all the kind messages you have posted. They really mean a lot to me. This is just to let you know I'm doing good and slowly on the mend. I'm under Dr's orders to 'Chill Out' for awhile ... so that's fine with me.
I've been busy doing a couple of things I always wanted to do but never did. So here's a 'Homemade Video' I've made using some of the footage that I (and Merv) shot at the 9.30 Club in Washington USA in July on my camera. As with all the gigs, it was a great night. I hope you enjoy it !

Thank you for making us smile, dance, and remember great times of years past when we hear your songs. It was so awesome being able to see you again for both shows at the 9:30 club (after seeing you countless times from the very beginning...i still have all the ticket stubs!!!). I am the insane dancing girl in the front row for both shows. paul gave me his water because i was so sweaty!!!! Hope you're knees are getting better Paul (per our conversation after show). Mel, hope you're feeling better, and I love telling people about the ink blob over Paul's face you made while signing the album at the meet and greet! Great memories and stories. I've loved you all from the beginning and will continue to support you! OMD is fantastic!

ONE OF THE BEST LIVE SHOWS I'VE EVER SEEN! THANK YOU OMD. THANKS MAL! The Energy of this show and the Adam Ant Show I saw within weeks of this one were amazing. I was shocked to here Malcolm falling ill soon after this show in D.C. I am glad he recovered. OMD! You've been a favorite band of mine since your first single on Factory.... Keep Going

OMD needs to look up the Louise Brooks interviews available on KZbin.. this chick has a lot to say about how Hollywood casts away it's stars ---- the lady was a rebel and all she got was re-runs and a perfect song from OMD -----------------but damn, what a great concept and idea ............................. Sorry to double-post here, but what-ever happened to the great band THE MIRRORS (Fear Of Drowning) who opened for you in OMD LIVE IN MADRID JUNIO 2011 (on KZbin) --- great band and so OMD-ish.. love their sound....... very obviously influenced by OMD and early 80's New Wave....

OMD I LOVE YOU. I am 59.When first heard "Telegraph" at the record store. Bought "Dazzle Ships" and became a fan forever. I still wish OMD could do the next James Bond song. What do you OMD fans think?
