I have Bi-polar disorder, and thanks to an idiot neighbor's gossip and lies, many other neighbors now seem to think I'm gonna freak out and stab them. One had to say something snarky about me being briefly hospitalized over a year ago, so I did my best John Astin maniacal, wild-eyed grin and said, "But I'm feeling MUCH better now!" Guess I don't have to worry about THAT particular asshole speaking to me again (I'm perfectly fine with that).
@LazyIRanch4 жыл бұрын
@James Tyler That's not a sign of bipolar, that's just being bitchy. If 99% of the women you meet are bitchy, perhaps you might do well to examine your own behavior and what part your actions might have played in these circumstances. Most people I meet are good people, because that's what I focus on. No one is a saint, and we could all use more compassion and understanding.

Another of my wife and my's favorite sayings. We've got a lot of them, and they all come from Night Court I think. We've got all nine seasons, and watch them a couple a night before bed. When we get to the end, we just start over. It has never been topped. Oh. And John Astin was just GREAT!

He was my first crush, when I was a kid I wanted to grow up and marry a guy like him. I don't recall off hand. It was said that Buddy hadn't wanted to tell him before because at the time he was mentally not feeling better now and that afterwards he was afraid it would negatively affect his standing as a judge. It was one of the last few seasons and before Christine had her baby because when she and Buddy were trapped in the elevator Harry called down and called him Dad.

One of my all time favorite Line's from movies or TV is when John Astin as Gomez Addams gets insulted by a guy who wants to sue them and Gomez says he's an attorney who's put more men behind bar's, then anyone else in the county, to which the man says, "You! A..."Prosecuting Attorney?! " and Gomez scoffs and takes offense to it, (holding up his hand) ..."Attorney for the Defense"... Lol... :)
Can you believe as old as John Astin was here, he's outlived almost all the entire major cast?? And he was 6 feet tall (today he's listed at 5'11", but was 6'0" on Adams Family), and yet the 6'4" Anderson makes him seem short!

I know that profoundly Autistic people don't speak through verbal communications. I can be that way as well . I also speak differently than non-Autistics. It's always amusing to me to see how non-autistics or as we call them Muggles or Normies or Allistics, relate to us or try to relate to us. They're so entertaining haha. I also communicate better with animals than people. I type better than I talk actually., that's another way I see myself in AL. I like buddy too he's my kind of guy, Neurodivergent.
