Love menpachi sashimi. I cut out the pin bones down the middle like cutting out the stomach bones. Mo easy and faster that way. Menpach sash is the BEST!!!!

My preference is size 6 AH hook, curly tails you can get at any fishing store or probably online too. I find the full glow ones work the best for menpachi. Hope this helps! 🤙🏻
