Hawaii Tuna Fishing! Catch Clean and Cook! Smoked Ahi Dip!

Had some fun doing a catch clean and cook of a yellowfin tuna. Full video of catching the yellowfin tuna in the boat, filleting on anchor, smoking the fish, and turning into smoked ahi dip all in the same day! So good and so fresh! Yellowfin tuna is called ahi in the Hawaiian islands, one this size Hawaiians would refer to as a shibi. So good prepared in so many ways. The recipe is not super complicated to make smoked ahi dip.
