Wales has awesome scenery, despite the rain the smaller water outlets are bone dry, the seasonal climate has radically changed, bex

Hey Bex! Very nice setup as always. I recently saw a video where the guy used a alpaca wool poncho on the ridgeline , creating a breathable microclimate. Might be worth trying.

DOP - I'm going down an internet rabbit hole on this subject tonight since you mentioned it in this video! Strange stuff and I too have sometimes looked for stuff that I can't find and then whatever I was looking for turns up in the place I was looking for it earlier on. I just thought up until now that I didn't look hard enough...

Thanx for the view. Yeh I went throgh a hole month or so of DOP. After alot of further investigation, have come to the conclusion, it is either the Mandela effect, or time sliding between dimentions caused by CERN and the giant hadron collider, which I think has caused the Mandela effect, as both phenomina occured at similar time frame of Cern going online. IMO. Some say poltergeist, if that were the case my cat would go mad, and the dogs would too, so not that. Research Mandela effect and Cern hadron collider, DOP completely stopped now as quick as it came, anyway sweet dreams dont have nightmares, PS I also believe non of us are alive, and exist in a holographic universe, (you research all this)... nighty night bud...Bex

@@bexbugoutsurvivor I remember as a little kid watching an episode of Hammer House of Mystery and Suspense. A family find themselves trapped in their home with all doors and windows sealed by impenetrable walls. They can't escape and slowly start to suffocate. We find out in the end that a little girl on a spaceship has put her doll's house in a cupboard... Been interested in out there stuff ever since. CERN has a lot to answer for - the world and most of the people on it have lost the plot since that thing has gone online! Don't worry Bex, I've taken the red pill long ago...😎

looks great, ... i think its just matching the conditions to the insulation, (ive got a couple of larger sleeping bags which i think would be overkill) so am looking at the jungle bag or poncho liner or softie suit, and recently bought a down blanket for £35 on evil bay which is compact and seems warm, Have you thought about using the JNA mess kit in the front bergen pouch? without the water bottle inside it could be used to store food/brew kit etc,

Hello there. Since making the vid, ive tryed all the insulation you spoke about. All work great. Spring Summer Autumn is a no no on slepping bags with the goretex. Softies and a woobie (poncho liner), or jungle and woobie is more than sufficiant. Waiting on my down top quilt from the US, bespoke, to arrive. Filmed a diy project and took it out inconjunction with the goretex hammock tent, and was a perfect match for cooler climate, here in the Uk, look out for that in a few weeks time. Now the JNA kit minus water in the front pocket sounds like something I could get along with, (like it) I shall steal that idea, and claim it as my own, Lol...Come up with an idea to carry the weight of the water now, and has worked well for the past few camps. See that coming soon, on a new extra feature called quick tips, between episodes, coming soon. all the very best bud,,,Bex

Hi there, I really enjoyed watching your interesting and very informative video. I like your poncho and metal windbreak for your cooker, what make/model is the poncho and metal cooker windbreak ? Thank you in advance. Keep making great videos!
@bexbugoutsurvivor

Hi there, the wind break is a 10 plate folding type, cheap from china, great thing about it, I can remove some of the plates to resize it, only about a fiver, on Ebay. The poncho was a swap with a guy from the US marines, got an episode featuring a consumer superlight poncho, but is no where near as durable as the one in the vid....Bex

How's you my mate? Loveing the gortex hammock, just a thought but what about rotateing the bivie bag so the 'hood' bit is at the top and adds more cover up by your head, atb and take care kidd

DOP. Haha. Blame it on the inter dimensional waves and time warps. Wasn’t that what Einstein said? Keep up the channel. Very enjoyable and informative. Thanks.
