That the Skid Row population has grown from 20 city blocks twenty years ago to 60 city blocks today means the homelessness / drug epidemic is increasing exponentially. And denial is not a river in Egypt; the suffering / lost souls have to first admit they have a problem. They have no money, no jobs, no prospects of anything so they manipulate the system to get all the drugs they want and carte blanche to mainline or skin pop in public 24/7/365.

1270 mission beds and 2600 homeless in a .4 .Ike radius but it's probably much higher now ant it's spread out now so more like 4000 in a short radius
