never seen one in real life, but the sign with "i need beer money" would work on me. in parking lots where they have a dog with them i ask what kind they eat and buy them two and give the guy maybe $10 if i have it (i hate touching cash) never seen a homeless guy with a cat but if i did i'd drive home and get a bigger bill and then buy the cat both dry/wet.

The fact that people are homeless doesnt give them the right to take entire streets blocking the free transit of people who actually pays taxes. Living in the street is actually ilegal in majority of countries and its should be goverment job to relocate them since its caused in root by a country economy and security problem due the fact that they are so many. Now, using drugs in public spaces is also illegal therefor, drug addiction in public spaces should be treat as a crime that needs forced rehabilitation and that is a also a goverment job. Solution: 1, for people who work and live in the streets because they actually cant afford a rent should be relocated in towns build by the goverment and have the support of the goverment with special payments that they can afford. 2, for people who are homeless due to drug adiction, goverment should also build rehab centers where this people can retake their lifes control, get sober and apply for a job to be located in solution 1. At the same time, goverment should be more strict in its drug traffic control.

One of the most hilarious and accurate episodes. Never give homeless money. You don’t know if they use it for drugs, alcohol or are in a beggar gang like a lot of homeless in Europe that fake their homelessness to earn money with begging (which is very lucrative nj)
