Most celebrities on South Park: Rant on how bad the show is Cesar: Impressed at how much research they done for his character
@MrJonne20005 жыл бұрын
I think most celebrities are angry about it because they can't laugh at themselves. Nobody dares to make fun of them in their everyday life because they are something so big in the world so they don't really have friends around teaching them to take some joking about them. Anyone who has seen more life outside the hollywood way can take those jokes, but most of the big actors and show runners have been at it since they were 18 or they are afraid of their reputation going bad which they then make worse themselves.

On the DVD commentary for the episode the South Park boys talk about how much they love the Dog Whisperer. One mentions that he's ended up crying at some episodes when people's lives have been changed by Cesar. And it says a lot for their writing that they knew Cartman's mum was what allowed Cartman to misbehave. Seeing real life Cesar's genuine sadness at the end of the episode bit deep because, as he said, he's seen it happen. It's one of my favourite episodes because even not knowing of Cesar at the time, I recognised the teaching and the character work as solid.

I love how they nailed Cesar’s character so well that he actually treated the events in the show as though he actually did it.

If you follow the instructions of your teacher, if you think what would your teacher would tell you to do and then do it, and you use those techniques to succeed, its the same thing as being there.

It’s so funny that they portrayed him so accurately Cesar starts saying “I did this” when referring to the cartoon 😂

Yes! This was cracking me up, he was acting like this was an actual previous client.

Right, I thought that was so funny he was referring to the cartoon as himself.

Mathieu Dufour After I posted this I saw another comment saying the same thing. 😂 I think quite a few people picked up on how he was acting like it was a real scenario lol. Glad I'm not the only one.
