Ist das das gleiche OS, was auch beim neuen Golf Facelift reinkommt? Bisher waren die Betriebssysteme ja auch nahezu identisch.

The new UNECE regulations require changes to the software and hardware. We are gradually implementing these in our ID.s. The ID. Software 4.0 was the first software version based on the new regulations. Compatibility with the previous software generation is not possible. However, Volkswagen is working consistently on improving the utility value and customer experience of all its vehicles. We will keep our customers up to date on which further updates and improvements we will be offering within the ID.3.X software infrastructure.

Die deutschen Autobauer (VAG, BMW und Mercedes) sollten längst zusammenarbeiten und sich gegen China formieren. Das bedeutet: Gemeinsames Betriebssystem für die Autos, über das jeder Hersteller seine grafische Oberfläche legen kann plus gemeinsame Batterieforschung und Batterieproduktion. Nur so kann sich Europa geeint gegen China durchsetzen und Autos auch wieder zu erschwinglicheren Preisen anbieten. Zusätzlich sollte man von Dingen wie Abomodellen und Functions on Demand, die Kunden mehrheitlich ablehnen, Abstand halten. Umsatz ist nicht alles, wer gegen seine Kunden arbeitet wird langfristig verlieren.

In the language options in the system settings, add Asian languages, such as Chinese, Korean, Japanese, etc. Although this demand is relatively small in Europe, competitors such as Tesla and Volvo have Asian languages. This shows that your competitors are more consumer-friendly, while you are arrogant. Put down your arrogance!

VW should work on their OTA update distribution and better inform their customers. As we speak, new ID.7 cars are being delivered with ID software 5.0. Whilst existing ID.7 customers with a 4.0 version don’t get the update? This is not correct IMO and gives the wrong impression to loyal customers.

Klasse und wozu braucht man so eine rollende Discokugel? Wenn ich mir ein Auto hole, dann brauche ich das Teil um von A nach B zu kommen...wenn ich party machen will treffe ich mit Bekannte oder Freunden und GEHE mit denen in nen Club oder so. Außerdem würde ich noch mehr digitalen Müll verbauen, der noch sinnlos teurer ist...kaum zu glauben das ich mal stolz auf meinen Polo und meinen Passat gewesen bin...PS: Die hatten nen Radio, nen Lenkrad und 4 Räder und das hat gereicht! Leider seid ihr nur noch ein Schatten von dem einst großen VOLKSwagen...echt armselig was Geldgier und Politik aus euch gemacht haben.

my ID4 of 2023 still have the 3.2 and still no updates available there. absolutley terrible. even the youtube player dont work like it should. when I stream from my galaxy s23 I even cant skip the tracks, it just don´t work... what a fail in 2024 :D
