NIGHT TIME TOUR of International Drive, Disney Animal Kingdom ride POV!🇺🇸 Orlando September 2023

DAY THREE in Orlando Florida! Join me and Laura as we start our magical day at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park. We enjoy rides on Everest, Dinosaur, It’s tough to be a bug and Avatar flight of passage. As we go through the park we discuss the changes coming to Animal Kingdom, with some rides and experiences due to close and change to different themes and attractions! Of course, we also enjoy a mandatory Starbucks in the park!
After a break at the Villa editing some vlogs and relaxing, we head to International Drive for a full night time tour and walk. We start at Icon Park, showing the different Restaurants, Bars and attractions including a fantastic place for food and bowling! We discovered Kings, where we enjoyed bowling and food for a bargain price during happy hours!
We then continue our walk along International drive at night in the evening time, popping in to experience the Illusion museum- snapping some cool instagram photos along the way! We then show some more of the restaurants and bars, and also head into the Halloween Store! Enjoy seeing exactly what is on offer on I-Drive at night, with lots of tips including the Rosen Inn Hotel and the I-Ride Trolley!

One of the best vlogs of IDrive I’ve ever seen. Kings bowling is a great deal, we go everytime we go to Orlando. Love the place. Bahama Breeze, you should have went in and had a cocktail, they’re delicious. Millers bar, not for me, if there’s conferences on then it’s full of American Express gold cards, get totally ignored for service IMO. Stayed in Rosen Inn Pointe, loads of times, great hotel, rooms are basic, but clean and staff are great. Great vlog xx

I stayed in the Rosen Inn on Idrive when I was 9 years old, back in 1988! It was called the Quality Inn Plaza back then. Remember the pizza hut being next door too, as its where we ate on our first night. Such great memories and definitely very nostalgic. Thank you Andrew and Laura for going inside 😊

I think the queuing time definitely depends on how often you get to visit the parks and how much it matters to you to experience an attraction. We queued for 4 hours for FOP when it first opened and it felt well worth it - I wouldn’t do that now but I’m glad that we did in 2017 as we haven’t visited the parks since. None of the rides that I have done before would I wait more than an hour for.

Got to agree. Would never queue more than 1 hour but then we return every two years. Longest wait EVER was 50 mins for Avatar last year. Always had FP or G+ so was normal to have waits of less than 20 mins. 🎉

I just remember I-Drive as being where groups of British lads stayed and pub crawled their way through the holidays in their footy shirts. Glad to see it's a totally different vibe now, we may give it a visit next time - this vlog has shown a very different side to it.

Cafe tutu tango is really nice for food, lots of funky art work and sometimes a performer! Kings dining and entertainment is also a good laugh, iv eaten here twice after bowling and enjoyed the food each time! Bahama breeze is great too, BJ’s and Yardhouse are another few! ✨ I always enjoy the vlogs!! My fav

Loving the extra long vlog, always loved how you guys do longer Florida vlogs and show different things! I will admit to queuing 2.5 hours for escape from gringotts when it first opened but it was mid summer holidays, brand new ride and we were on a big family holiday so we all wanted to do it as a group but I wouldn’t queue that long now I’m older!

Kings is always a great time. We were there last week on our recent visit, never crazy busy but gets a brilliant atmosphere and its very modern and well maintained. Food is pretty decent and not too expensive for anything in there either. Definitely recommend it.

Loved this vlog, so much to do on International Drive. Many years ago we walked from Pointe Orlando to the Beltz Factory Outlets (Top of International Drive) and back, we must have been crazy. Our last day tradition is to do Pirates Cove Crazy Golf, I really recommend you and anyone else who hasn’t done it to give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing blog. For sure I drive has changed a lot Regrading Rosen Inn we haven't stayed at Pointe but there is a Rosen Inn at Lake Beuna VIsta where we have stayed. before. The park-like setting and lake is so lovely and the hotel is nice. We stay there again in November

We tried visiting animal kingdom at 3 pm as a change from early morning as my daughter always struggles in this park with the heat. We loved it at this time and a lot of the rides were walk ins. We will definitely do it again.

Animal kingdom tip... expedition everest fab to do at night... no lines when light show was on. This may have changed. Walked into Yak and Yeti with no booking and got table ... fab food. Great vibe park and loved the animals ❤🐾🐾👏

We will be going to Applebee's next November, when we take the family but we also want to try Ole Red as well. We will definitely go to Kings bowling for an evening meal and during the happy hour for bowling, what a bargain.

Years ago the best restaurant on I drive was Bergamo's, all the waiters snd waitresses sang opera and west end show songs in between serving , food was excellent too , now carabbas and outback are good IF you didn't want to spend a fortune 👍🏻

We waited 220 minutes for Big Thunder on the 4th of July in 1996. Never went back to a themepark on a holiday 🙂. We only did 3 rides that day and had one day tickets for Magic Kingdom.

The longest I queued for a ride was back in 1991 when Back to the Future was running for pre opening test and we waited for 3 and half hours, but it was worth it as it was only that night it was running and was a few weeks before official opening

Hi guys, my wife and I love your vlogs.. We travel to florida at least once a year, normally to do some Christmas shopping and visit friends we've made over the last 25 years.. One shop that you guys should visit is bass pro on international drive. It's not for everyone ,but you really get a feel of what the true floriden home and lifestyle is.. But its camping and homeware departments are amazing.. Honestly, it's huge inside.. Also if you guys haven't tried Jimmy buffets margaritaville it's amazing.. have fun and keep up the good work..

Bahama Breeze and Senor Frogs were good. We went early to SF, so it was very quiet but food was great. BB was lovely food and great atmosphere, but was very busy…

From memory the first time I visited Disney fast pass didn't exist (1993), I think they were introduced in 98 so for the next 4-5 years we travelled there, no fast passes and you would often wait way over 60+ minutes for most attractions.

I remember so well running to get your fastpasses with paper tickets that had the different characters on them, I also remember when you used to get given really amazing keep sakes from staying in a Disney resort, I have a animal kingdom carved wooden jewellery box. It does seem a lot of the magic has been lost at Disney 🥲
