"I've been watching you.." Brings me memories from my teenage years: When I was 18 years old - some decades ago - I spent a year as an exchange student in a Danish High School in Denmark. One evening when I was alone at my host parents' house, the doorbell rang and behind the door there stood a strange (tall, good looking) Danish boy who said to me: "Hi! My name is ****. We take the same train to go to school and I have been watching you there.." I was standing there, looking at him and thinking like: "What.. umh.. What am I supposed to say here.. ??" And then he continued: "Would you like to go to see a movie with me some day??" And I was like: "If a guy is so brave that he comes to ask this from me like this, I can not say no.." And so we went to the movies and had a cute teenage romance that spring. Things ended when I went back home to Finland, we were too young for a long distant relationship, but I still have all of the cute memories and photos of us!! :) (..so someone has once been watching me too!!)

This song hit home for me Summer of 2023. I was playing an online game. Not knowing I would find my awesome soulmate. Wasn’t my intention. I would watch her comments and gaming.
