Every evening, the wide sidewalks of the Corniche in Luxor are filled with strolling families, roaming students, and young lovers, all enjoying the pleasant breeze off the water and the sense of open space that the river offers. Which beach, lake or riverfront is your favorite? Let me know in the comments!

Due to a copyright issue, I unfortunately had to cut the audio between minute 08:10 and 08:24. I apologize for the inconvenience and hope for your understanding. And now have fun with this great night walk through Luxor!

The Egyptians are just so lovely. If anyone seeing this thinks it’s all,for the camera, they really are,all like this. The lads are very friendly and no trouble. If you walked around London for instance with a camera, it would be taken off you. And there wouldn’t be any smiles like these here. I spent three seperate holidays in Luxor and unfortunately I didn’t get to walk along the strip here. A lovely destination with very trustworthy people in a safe country. Would love to return 🥰

Hmm, only 'lads' you mention. The 'lads' can't be very friendly if there are hardly any women and girls outside here. They are half of the population of all countries, half of humanity. When females are largely confined to their homes and don't feel safe to come outside that is not a 'friendly' or 'safe' place thanks.

The man in the purple t-shirt must have been a friend of yours, as he appeared numerous times with his back to the camera!! It looks like someone is shining a laser pointer just ahead of you most of the time, or is it a trick of the lens maybe? There seems to be plenty of professional filming going on along the Corniche, judging by the amount of lighting and sound gear, etc. ... it must have been a special weekend in Luxor. The Corniche has certainly improved enormously since I first started visiting Egypt in 1995. Well done on your coverage, and a very nice closing shot too. You brought back many happy memories for me.

Thank you very much for your feedback and insights about Luxor 🙂 Yes the man in purple was my local tour guide there. And the shining spots are reflexions of my camera while filming in night time, it is pretty normal.
