If you navigate through a route does the arrival alarm sound for each waypoint you used to create the route or just the final destination? Very helpful video. Thank you

It should for each waypoint if you have it activated for that.

When should I hit the "save" button to save my trail for the day? At the beginning of the day when I first leave the launch or the end of the day when I get back to the launch? I am a little confused if I need to hit save at the beginning of the day to save the days events or at the end of the day to save what I have recorded that day. Thank you for any info.

You shouldn't have to press save at all. The trail automatically logs and saves the data and will pick up as soon as you turn your display back on again. However if you want to end the trail and create a new one each time you go out, then it would be best to do it at the end of the day. Go into your waypoints, routes, and trails screen and go to trails and click on the little box thats highlighted in orange or blue or whatever that says active trail to deselect it. And then the next time u go out, go back to the same menu and create a new trail and make sure it's set as active.
