Ha! Must have missed this when it was posted. Glad you connected with the owner. Our group frequently comes into contact with law enforcement. Have yet to have a bad encounter. Well, except the time outside of Turkey Texas shooting an old drive in. A passerby thought I had set up too close to the road and the sheriff was called. After I showed him some of my work on my phone, he was ok but chewed me out a bit. See you down the road.

I'm usually polite and cooperative when somebody confronts me at a location but I had some guys tell me to leave New Idria and I could tell they had nothing to do with the place and were just being jerks so I got in the truck and after they drove off I pulled out the tripod and went to work. It was remote and I knew they weren't going to come back up that crappy road to check.

Went out shooting at cathedral gorge in Nevada and Happened to lose my K70 down the embankment the wife was reading in the truck And I scaled down into the abyss. Fun times at late night shooting might make a good topic.
