The k3 has copyright info that you can have it include in the metadata on the picture file. Do you use it, and is it as good to do that as well as a watermark?

Yes I do and would recommend that everyone does. Also, having saved that info into an old Canon 7D helped me recover a stolen camera and prove to the police it was mine so that's another great reason! -Tim

I also use it and also recommend that everyone does. This only takes a short while, but has benefits far beyond simple identification. I believe just about any digital camera has the ability to encode copyright info.

Do you mean you spend your time, effort and money for the tools to make a living producing a product that you don't just give away?
