That’s how he always looks when games are close. He needs to be down 21 going against soft coverages to pad those stats. Caleb is terrible, he can’t step up in the pocket, holds onto the ball for way too long, is inaccurate, and has the football IQ of a kid playing madden. Is his oline bad? Yes it is but Justin fields won 8 games behind that alone and didn’t have the talent around like Caleb does. Most of those sacks are on Caleb not the oline. He tries way to hard to make a play, which ends up resulting in a sack, instead of throwing the ball away.

Caleb has never played on time/structure. Not in HS, Collage and now the NFL. Caleb has always and continues to rely on what he has always been successful at in HS and Collage, his ability to run around and find an open receiver. The problem is he cannot get away with that in the NFL because defenses lineman are as fast if not faster than he is, that is why he has 67 sacks for over 450 yards lost. He holds the ball too long not on the o-line. He is not tall so it's difficult to see over the O&D lines, so he must be excellent at playing on time and within structure to be successful. Under a new Coaching staff focused on developing Caleb he could reach his potential. It is shame his rookie season was lost!

Caleb is the problem, plain and simple!!!! The defense be worn out by the 3rd quarter because he constantly killing drives missing wide open receivers. Half of the sacks he got was his fault and as for the interception record. Truth be told in each game, he threw passes that bounced off of the defense or just was dropped by the CB/DB. He does not throw a tight spiral, it's wobbly and hard and inaccurate. Now at this point, it's only one way to tell if he is the problem and that is to play Bagent!!! If Bagent can get the ball out and sustain a drive, then its Caleb. I'm trying to give him the benefit of the doubt but I'm sorry you just can't miss wide open receivers and think you gone win. I don't care who the coach is!!!
