It could both mean "I still love you" or "I love you forever" depending on the definition of the first lines (Je taime, je taime toujours). I think "I still love you" meaning implies that the lover is has already died, makes sense that he's on the moon and gives a new whole level of sadness when the singer said sweet dreams "I love you forever" meaning may say that the lover is on a far away place and the song describes how she/he misses and long for him. Personally I wanna go with "I still love you" meaning since its sadder 😭
