I'd have to disagree. I think it works well with the themes of all the seasons. One one basically "Yeah, shit's great, we'll be heroes." with a dark side to it not present in the initial version. 2 is a bit more of the same with a darker tinge to it, more grounded in their reality. 3 is basically "Yeah, shit's fucked now." and 4 continues on with "Shit's fucked, but it's not the be all end all, let's look positive."
