Right now, the Estate Carin is broken. Lots of people report that they appear at the first location they placed one. It might be fixed, but its safer to not move your base. Take your time before you place your first Estate Carin. I personally think being near the portal is more convenient. Not too close though, you need room to spread out your base. You'll eventually get recipes to make a human sized portal and realmic transformer so don't worry too much about any of this. Just make sure you place the portal outdoors. Indoors the placement goes wonky and you'll have trouble getting the portal in a usable state. Also you can use the watch to return to your estate from anywhere. This includes when you are in you're home realm. The best thing is there is no loading time in your home realm, you just instantly teleport. Oh, and about using your helper as a pack mule. The helper has very few slots, but isn't affected by weight. Take advantage of that and shove all of your heavy materials on the helper. Just be careful with high tier wood. The Helpers tend to put any wood in their inventory into campfires, smelters and building construction. So all that Tier 2 wood you stacked on the helper? Went to make the finest shack the NTTS has ever seen. Just avoid NPC construction sites if you're helper is carrying valuable materials.

in your storage chests, if you click the button "survivors" the npc can dump items into it or grab items for building things nearby

Seen a few different tip videos now and no one is saying anything about the towers in the realm you go to just before u pick your realm. On these towers there are alot of chests. I've loaded up on ore and berries and other things before even going to my main area.

You can actually perform the umbrella trick much faster than he did in the video. Do it well enough and you lose almost no verticality. Making it really good to jump between faraway platforms too! Releasing the umbrella right as the right hand starts holding it and dodging immediately is top tier movement tech. And i sure as hell hope they don't remove it. Cus i'm a god damn speed demon! GIMME THE MOVEMENT TECH!! a side tip. Make sure to always conserve at least 2 or 3 stamina when doing this from high places. and open the umbrella right before landing to negate all falling damage!

Best way for early simple essence is collecting Fibre for me. It is very light and you can collect it very quickly. Gets you hundreds of essence quickly. Using rocks is more efficient in numbers but since stone is heavy you will have to lug around a lot and get back to base. I just collected all fibre plants around the first trader in 10 minutes and was able to purchase everything they have.

The human chest in the tutorial can drop i believe either brass or bronze ingots and carved wood not as good as the fae chest but the ingots can be helpful early

- You can build your own realmic transmuter mid game. So building 'on' the Realmic Transmuter in the world isn't necessary. (NB: You're better off buiding at the portal you come through, as when friends use an Estate card to come to your realm, thats where they enter) - If you play the Industry Minor Card, you can produce 2x ingots, and 2x ammunition. Making crafting marbles from rocks and Extracting to essence twice as profitable. And mid game you will be using a LOT of ingots, so even more useful. I got this minor card active asap.

Another way for everyone to currently have the same base, aside from using the estate card, is for everyone to build a cairn in the same realm and have everyone contribute to the same base.

Every single material you use to build every single piece of equipment can make it stronger in any stat or another one way or another. It's extremely detailed. If that is what you like, then this game is for you.

I find a much better way to get basic essence early on is to scythe all the grass that you see. That combined with a bounty charm will get you TONS on money, without weighing you down like the rocks do.

Be warned the recruit is going to toss all that gilded lumber from the chests into fuel for the campfire as soon as they get back to your base. At least that's where I found mine. Might be worth changing security on anything that consumes resources.

This is a massive tip. I spent ages getting T1 wood so I can make better lumber(before I knew about the guilded lumber from chests trick). I gave it all to my recruit and then wondered why it was missing when we got home. It was in the cooking station. Luckily, you can break down the cooking station and it gives you your unused fuel back, but I almost lost SO much time on this "feature."

Okay. So the augments add recipes to existing crafting items. Like the meat grinder adds to the Cooking Stations, etc. To get them to work, you need to put them near to the item they modify, watching those green lines. Some items modify multiple stations, so there is a bit of a jigsaw puzzle to placing crafters and augments near to each other. As for furniture, it crafts like the buildings. Place it down, add the mats, and it builds itself.

Each crafting station has these hexagon bubbles when you make it. That is the number of augments this station can handle. Once you have placed that many augments near the station, if you place a new augment the station will discard one of the already placed augments. So by placing new augments you could lose access to recipes you've been using. Higher quality stations have more capacity for augments. Furniture is just there for appearance. I think. Chairs can be used to rest like a bed. Shelves... I haven't been able to place anything on a shelf.

In it's current state, you can buy 1 water for 10 essence dust and extract it for 40. This means that if you repeat that cycle, you can get thousands of essence dust within a couple minutes. Then buy all schematics, build a few crafting benches beside the trader and upgrade your gear, all in one spot.... rock on 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻

I think you should do a fast start video for those wanting to get through the starting part to party up with friends quickly. each area the exact things you need, the goodies in the two starting towers, using tools as weapons, they are slow but hit HARD, just a quick slam to party area guide for those new or use to playing.

When u get to ur first world, not ur home, u will learn remote portals to build around ur base. First guy u need on this world will give u the respawn point and minor card transmuter to also build at ur base. Build where ever u want!!! What ever u think is easiest or has best views

You're first world? I just crafted my first two realm cards and went through the portal after beating the robot knight boss. Did I miss something because I haven't seen anyone selling the recipe for those items. This game has a lot to learn and process how all the mechanics interact with each other but I think I'll really love the game when it all comes together for me.

I'm so excited there's actually systems and mechanics I can dig my teeth into and learn how to get the most out of them. Everything isn't so cut and dry like most games in the genre: upgrade this -> then this -> now you're best in slot -> wait for next update. Here I'm actually interested in figuring out new mechanics.

the essence traders use to sell you 4 water for 8 dust which you could convert to 40 dust each. but in recent updates they reversed it. i had 10k essence dust at the start of the game, all of which has been used up. so you need a few boat loads of the stuff throughout the game.

There's an exploit for essence dust at the moment, at the essence trader you can buy 1 water bottle for 10 essence and extract it for 10 essence, the thing is they made a mistake with code so he gives you 4 bottles, so you get 4 for 10 which extract for 10 each, you get 4x back

Find the magic gather charge buff, it will let you one shot trees, even the thick ones. I hit the tree for over 8k dmg with a simple axe.

Doing a puzzle? You don’t have to use the action button to activate the mechanism. You can hit it with a weapon. Including range weapons. You can do the entire puzzle just standing in one place.

Me and my friends mmade a world with a base and put our cairns together. If theres a bit og distance between them, you can all be in the same world at the same time. No need tp ùake cards to visit someone elses realm this way.

It changes. Sometimes if you get a mission to a particular realm it will overwrite the realm you visited before. Otherwise, it's the same realm. Don't leave anything in a realm you really don't want to lose.

There are NA, SA and EU servers. Your performance may vary but you're looking at at least 120ms.. I'm assuming Oceania is next on their list with the amount of complaints I see from the region.

There is right now better way to get like 25k essence in 5 minutes, you need to visit the essence trader and buy the water bottles, as many as you can, one costs 10 essence and when you extract these bottles you get 40 so its 4x more and fastest way to get your 30k essence, and just repeat the process few times and then u will have as much essence as you want. You're welcome :DD

I'm apparently gonna be that guy that points out your rock marble tip is actually twice as effective since the 40 marbles extracted out to 80 essence. That's 6 crude rocks for 40 essence instead of 6... well worth the added time and likely high up on the to be nerfed list.

I'd stay away for now. The game simply is not ready for release, even early access. It has potential and really nice aesthetic, but the content is just bad. Exploration is utterly pointless, because once you've seen a handful of the points of interest, the rest of the game just provides more of the exact same POIs with the exact same chests in the exact same spots full of the exact same items. You won't find anything unique or worthwhile other than maybe a card here or there. You won't find any unique gear or weapons, or anything of value, really. At some point after about 20-30 hours worth of playing, you'll find yourself simply going to a new realm and running straight for the vendor, because there's literally nothing else worth doing in these procedurally generated, soulless worlds other than that or foraging. The devs have their work cut out for them on this one. I hope they can pull it off, because I can't refund the game at this point.
