Small tip iron ores dont appear in ascended realms. You need iron to make steel and you need steel to make steel blades which allow you to craft certain T3 Benches. Provisioner or Herbarium Swamps are good for farming Iron.

Hey Invin, if you're looking at making more Nightingale Content, I suggest looking at how reclaimed materials work. You can essentially combine ingot effects together to make super materials that weigh more, but can also do far more damage/have greater health and stamina/other gear effects. People have used this to make backpacks with thousands of carry weight, guns and weapons that can do millions of damage, etc. Do note though, if you go too overboard it can completely screw up the game, or you can make items that weigh too much to carry!

Since the Refined Slingbow is the best of its kind in the game, I built mine to handle lv220 realms, with 50k damage Lightning Marbles for AoE... But if I use metal ball bearings, it'll do 2x that damage due to not being AoE. In the normal vault raids at the end game, its too overpowered and easy to rush through, it's when you do extreme mode with the same gear, that it takes a bit more shots to take out groups.

Can you explain how you do this? Or point me in the direction of a guide to doing this?

@@Spac3catt Reclaim Ingot/Lumber recipe. Settler Eminence or better minor card. Buttons are your friend. 1 ingot = 2-4 buttons. Use the card, dupe extra products.

The best trick is getting access to the Settler cards, they give you a 1.5x to 2.0x crafting bonus to metal / lumber / stone crafting in base. So when you craft something that costs 2 ingot, well you just earned it back in one go. You basically can start duplicating your items due to these cards. Spend 2 ingots to make a metal pin, get 2 pins. Spend 1 ingot to combine that pin into a pick head, you get 2 pick heads, and also fused the material stats together once. Smelt the 2 pickheads back into ingot, and you get 2 ingots back. Now combine the other pin with the ingots you got back, and you got another 2 pick heads. Smelt these two pick heads back into 2 ingots and now: - You have 1 older ingot with less stats. - You have 2 new ingots with new stats. See the loop? You can then use the 2 new ingots to make 2 metal pins, and 1 ingot to combine to make 2 pick heads again... LOL. You do this a few times until you get around 100% of a modifier's stat... Try not to overshoot it too much with too many modifiers, because it can bug the display and get stuck at that point, and you won't know how much has changed or how heavier it's got. Most firearms and some tools are entirely metal or mostly metal or wood, so you can basically do this trick to give every single weapon part high stats, then combine them all in the end to get a total huge sum of stats. I've been experimenting to see if there's a way to get stats added into cloth, this one is harder to do unless there's a card to help with textiles. You need 24 pieces of raw meat or cooked meat (it seems like seasoned raw meat doesn't count, but when cooked into tender steaks you can convert them). As long as the tanning rack allows you to convert the meat into animal fibres, you can make threads -> cloth out of them. You can't do much more with cloth/leather stuff. OR You turn them into refined fibres, and then fabric and go the path of creating a 'coating' out of 2 fabrics. With the coating you can add stats to paper by creating coated paper, and since the recipe allows you to reuse the coating on the same paper again, the stats just adds up. Then convert the coated paper in the recipe to make foil, and then smelt the foil back into ingots, of which you can use for metal crafting or wood via the gilded lumber (requires you to convert those into poles first, as reclaiming lumber option directly from the gilded lumber turns into regular wood).

you can smelt items back into ingots?

@@jesseburson buttons, you get 4 buttons for 2 ingots, you can reclaim them for 4 ingots. as long as you're using the apogean settler card

So end game is just going to spamming The Watch and unlock all T3 recipes? let say I've unlocked all those recipes and crafted gears with end game resources then what's next?

I really love this game (cf my review). This has to be one of the most well-read dev/design teams in gaming. Within the first couple of realms we have Shakespeare, the Legend of El Dorado, Voodoo lady, Nellie Bly and Dr Frankenstein. Can't wait to see who else is out there. It's like living in a Harry Turtledove novel. This is The Game for me.

You are missing so much gear lvl if you use the ingots from the sun giant which are super easy to get

The endgame is pathetic. You spend hours and hours doing vaults, equipping as fuck, for.... nothing? incredible. 0 endgame content.
