The "gut" feeling should never be ignored. Its you noticing differences visually, without consciously knowing, in what the person is saying and and what they're doing. Theres certain ques in a person's body language, eyes, and tone that we may not notice but our brain picks em up and says something's off
@faithpearlgenied-a5517

Definitely. Gut instinct is there for a reason. If you have to try and convince your own subconscious it's wrong about something, it's almost certainly right.

My gut tells me when things are wrong a lot. I used to live in Dayton Ohio, last year a guy named Brandon who was from Bevercreek, he got shot and killed on the west side of Dayton, well a bunch of stuff happened before he was killed, the kids who killed him lived near were me and my boyfriend were living. One night I was at work getting ready to come home, I got off at 10:30 pm, my boyfriend gets off at 3am. But his boss made him mad and he let my boyfriend go home for the night. He called me and told me he was gonna beat me home and that we could order some pizza when I get home. As I was leaving he called me again and said “don’t come home, I was almost car jacked, park at the Krogers down the road and don’t come home till I call you and tell you it’s safe to come home”. I sped home as fast as I could. We got everything on house camera footage. The cops came and said “we know who those guys are but we can’t do anything cause of our Prosecutors. They left, a week later the same guys broke my back windshield of my car, we know it was them cause it was the same teens on the camera footage. The cops came again and said they couldn’t do anything about it. That night I laid in bed with my boyfriend and I said “my gut is telling me something bad is gonna happen, if we don’t move, we need to move”. He trusted me and we did. 3 weeks later Brandon, he was a Lyft driver, he was shot and killed by 4 teens. My boyfriend looked up the case and it was the same teens that did what they did to us. You can look up the article, it’s “Lyft driver Brandon shot and killed in the west side of Dayton Ohio”. If we didn’t leave it could have been us.. My gut was right. It makes me so sad, cause it even says in the article “the juveniles were known to cause issues in the area” me and my boyfriend were some of the people who have been reporting them. The cops said themselves “we know these teens”. An innocent man had to die cause the cops and the jury didn’t take anything serious.. I’m just thankful my boyfriend trusted me.. here’s the article here if you wanna read it. www.whio.com/news/local/1-dead-with-gunshot-wounds-after-crash-dayton/3ZWOI5WECVD67ED43AOG64NHRA/?outputType=amp

Story 7 really freaked me out because I had a similar experience years ago when I was home alone. I heard this whistle tune that was like 4 different notes in my house and was wondering who was home but then freaking out a little because I’m the only one of my family that can whistle. I heard the same exact whistle like it was recorded maybe 3 or 4 more times and it seemed to be traveling through my house until it ended up all the way in my parents bathroom and I never heard footsteps with it and my dogs never reacted to it. I remember panicking so bad I yelled for my German shepherd and kept him in my room with me until my parents got home.

That reminded me of something that happened to me years ago. I live in my flat, alone, one day I was reading or something when I started hearing Beethoven's Fur Elize playing quietly. It's one of my favourite pieces of music so I knew what it was straight away. It sounded like it was in the room with me but my music system want even plugged in. I realised it sounded like it was coming from one corner, where I had a wall unit. I knew I had an old battery operated radio in there that I hadn't used for years but thought it had to have turned on somehow. I opened the draw but it didn't sound like it was coming from in there. I checked the radio and it didn't even have batteries in it. I could still hear the music but there's nowhere it could be coming from. There's one flat on the opposite side from that corner, but my bedroom is between this room and their flat so it wasn't coming from there. It wasn't the people above because I can hear when they have their TV or music on and anyway the music wasn't muffled like it always is, coming from another flat. It was in the room with me but there was no other source. The song played in full, twice. Then slowly got quieter until it stopped at the end of the second time. It freaked me out so much. Everytime I hear Fur Elise I get a little creepy feeling now.

I have never had night terrors or sleep paralysis, but I can imagine those can be extremely terrifying to experience. My ex-friend did describe me what it was like being a sleep paralysis, and he told me that these scary figures resembling a person whose facial features he couldn't see, would slowly walk towards him from the darkness, unable to move. And just as the mysterious figure was about to touch him, he'd snap back into reality feeling very anxious and scared.

They weren't wondering how the person got into the basement, they were wondering how they got into the house in the first place. The basement was obviously open and unlocked, and it's not mystery how someone got in there, but that person had to enter the house first to get into the basement. Usually, you notice when someone enters a house. We don't know whether the doors to the house were locked or not, it's not specified, but even if they were not locked, you'd likely hear them opening and closing when someone enters.

This is more common than you think. I even mentioned it on a previous video. I'm going to guess it probably was even coming from over your shoulder behind and off to the side a little bit. Not quite a whisper but not quite a normal tone of voice. Most people have heard their name and go to answer and no one would be there. I would be really interested to find out about this phenomenon that most people have experienced. It happened to me more often when I was a teenager and less as I got older. It's a little freaky but we usually shake it off. There was a time when I would hear my name and no one there that I'd actually go to the other room saying did you call me and nobody is there.

I've had a similar sleep paralysis situation. This was 2 nights ago. It was around 3 in the morning and I was having a bad dream, which pretty much never happens. In the dream, my friends and I were trapped in this little 5x5 wall-chipped room, with paintings of kids hands on the wall. We all sat down and started drawing on the wall for some reason. This pinkish beige-ish goop started pouring from out a child sized hole in the wall. One of my friends, let's call her Nicky, decided to walk up this hole and started screaming. That's unusual, since Nicky is the braver one out of the three if us. It was followed by a child giggling. My other friend, let's call this one Beth, couldn't hear the giggling, and was confused as to what had Nicky and I so freaked out. The giggles got louder and we all turned to face the wall. The little girl was right behind me at this point. I tried to stay calm but I frantically started writing on the wall. Except I couldn't spell. I tried writing 'help' and 'shes behind me. I can hear her' but it was never correctly spelt. I could feel a hand on my shoulder at this point. This is when I started snapping back to reality. My eyes were open, but I could still hear the little girl laughing, and feel the hand in my shoulder. I woke up fully when my mam started shaking me. It was her hand on my shoulder. I haven't slept right since then. It felt far too real

My mom always told me if I heard her call me not to answer but to come find her. She said answering a voice calling your name that sounds like a loved one that isn't you loved one is actually the devil calling to you trying to get you. It scared me then and still sends chills up my spine when I hear others say the same thing has happened to them.

Coincidentally, I just watched a horror movie last night called "At the Devil's Door" that had that same sort of premise of the Devil calling for you and whatnot. Not the greatest movie, but I still enjoyed it compared to some of the complete garbage I've seen. 😄

The grandma in story 8 is so careless. The fact that she didn’t tell the kids parents either is such a cunning thing to do. I don’t understand people who think it’s okay to leave kids under 10 at home alone to go shopping. Just take them with you. I can never leave my younger siblings at home alone because I’m so paranoid that someone might break in.

I grew up in the '80s-'90s and I remember being left in the car with my cousin, while my aunt or mom shopped too many times to count, but this started when we were about eight or nine. Nothing ever happened to us and we were never scared. Sometimes we would be in there alone for up to an hour. I'm a mom now, and no way in hell would I ever do this. I don't care if I'm going in the store to get a paper clip, my children come with me.

I stayed whole Summer's starting at age 9 alone in the 1970s and '80s as an only child. However my parents were home from work by 3:00 p.m. and we had a big German shepherd. It's just how you properly raise your kids or not. I would have never dreamed of showing any guns to my friends or touching them or answer the door to anyone or tell anyone on the phone I was alone. And as a teenager I never even got into the alcohol because I knew if I ever screwed up I would lose my freedom. The good thing about it is if I ever end up alone because of relationship breakup or a death I always manage to survive much better than other, it's like the resiliency seen in pioneer children

One of the most unexplainable things that had happened to me was when I was about 5 years old, I lived in Texas at the time and it was mid summer so it was really hot so all the windows in my house were open. Me and my older sister who was 6 or 7 at the time were sharing a bunk bed and I was on the top bunk. There was a window right next to our bed and out bunk bed was pretty small so I could barley see out the top of it. It was early in the morning maybe like 2 or 3 am I don’t specifically remember though because I was so little but I remember waking up in a sleep paralysis state and my heart was racing and I wanted to scream but I could not. Then our of the corner of my eye I saw my curtains blow straight up. But it was never windy where I live. Then I swear I saw a ghost- like thing pass through my window. It started to get closer but then I was finally able to blink and once I did everything thing was back to normal and I screamed. But I was not the only one screaming. My sister below me was screaming too. Not because I was screaming though, she started screaming the exact same time as me. My dad ran In our room thinking there was an intruder or something and me and my sister were both freaked out telling our dad what had happened and I told my dad what happened and my sister said that she saw the exact same thing. I still don’t understand what it was but it still kinda freaks me out.

Wow I had a similar situation. Except my twin sister and I had a similar nightmare , at least were assuming it’s a nightmare, but a figure came out our closet, disfigured, red eyes. We screamed so loud and our brother and dad came in with Baseball bats. We can’t explain it to this day bc it floated through the closet doors and we both saw it

I had the same sort of experience as story 7. Basically, when I was 8-9 I used to live in this farm/house in the middle of hills and there wasn’t another house for a while. Me and my family where moving out for personal reasons and we were all aware there was some sort of paranormal things happening in that house. But it wasn’t enough for us to be petrified yk. And me and my dad went back to the house while my brother and mum was at our new house, me and my dad where just getting all the leftover stuff/fridge and food. Outside we had this rope swing with a shed next to it. I was having fun with my dad inside and then I heard my mum shout. “[my name] [my brothers name] dinner is ready!” I was like ok! But then I remembered my mum wasn’t here? She was at my new house? As I realised I freaked out, jumped off the rope swing, and ran to my dad. I told him and we left soon after.. later that week we did drive back bc I had a Wendy house in the back garden we used as storage space. My parents went to grab it all and my and brother stayed in the car out the front. Everything was going fine and then as we were driving away for the last time, I saw a man in a window on the top floor. Nobody was in the house.

I think the explanation for Story 7 is that there must've been someone spying on his house, and managed to record his mom yelling his name one time. They would've then used it to lure him into the crawl space, which is I assume why whenever she yelled his name it sounded the same.

That's not a bad explanation that actually makes people think. However when you think about it carefully you start to realize that even that doesn't really make sense. Mainly because of a few reasons such as, the dude was all the way upstairs and he heard his name being called without a single change of tonality or pace or anything. Like what are you gonna use to play back the voice with? A phone? No way. A speaker? How the hell would you not realize what's coming from an electronic device? And I'm also gonna assume that there's no escape from the basement other than the entrance which is also the only way out, so since the dude ran outta there and slammed the door shut, how was there not any devices, play back devices and even people found when the family investigated together? Unless there's like an exit to outside from the basement, it doesn't really make sense but idk.

That last story I can sort of relate to. I'm currently on sleep paralysis medicine, so I haven't had anymore episodes. However, I never saw anything terrifying because I kept my eyes closed until I was able to move again. If sleep paralysis demons are real and if you see more than one figure, that likely means there's not only one but 2 or more demons messing with you at once, and that's horrifying.

For Story 6. That is why it is always good to park your car or jeep in a bushy tree area you can cover up with leaves, plan ahead, make sure a blanket is covering up the back all the way up to the back seats with a dimmed latern and a good book, maybe an MP3 player, make sure you are not parked near water, also make sure you car is looks like a bush for show, then you can sleep soundly without any disturbances.
