Girl u just know how to grip the hair with the tips of your fingernails and have those nails pull lighly on the hair and have it sound so crisp and just UGH!! relaxing and sends tingles all through me! I found a therapist I like through BetterHelp 🤷‍♀️ so I don’t see a problem recommending this form of therapy for people who might find it helpful

I like the lighting but in my opinion I think it would be even more beneficial to do even lower lighting and maybe a cool tone color in the background. Or red because research shows that red light doesn’t disturb sleep.
