Questions. .I know manipulation daily isn't recommend, so should I be re-twisting my hair every night? Looking for inexpensive protective hair styles for the fall/winter seasons but not a fan of wigs or braids. What would be your recommendations? Correct too much manipulation is bad for your hair, So no you shouldn't be retwisting your hair every night, I would suggest maybe every two nights. I would suggest twists, braids, or cornrows as well.
