You are correct. They filmed two shows in South America on this tour for a future DVD release. I believe it was the Argentina and São Paulo shows that we're filmed.

yo creo que el dvd que se viene puede superar al wacken 2013 o almenos igualarlo, igual el wacken 2013 fue grabado y editado para DVD por tanto obviamente tenía sus mejoras de sonido, este wacken no era para dvd, de tener mejor sonido hubiera sido más igualado con el wacken del 2013

Thank you for this post. I saw them live for the first time this year in Romania. It was my first metal concert as well. Nightwish made me laugh,jump and cry due to joy...especially with Wish I had an angel,Amaranth, Elan Ghost Love and Greatest show( I literally has a hand on my chest while my eyes were running with s sky high grin). I know Nightwish isn't just about the lead but I truly fell in love with them once Floor came on. Seeing and hearing her up close is a transformative experience. And not just her.Marco vocals rock as well and what a stage presence,Tuomas banging his head madly while doing his thing, jack of all trades Troy,Kai tearing up those drums and Emppu of course, handling his cords like no other. At 28 years old I have never had such a deeply joyful...astounding...overwhelming experience as I did at their show. Thank you for posting this! Thank you Nightwish! Your music has saved me, got me through some truly horrible moments in my life! THANK YOU!!!

Unfortunately, another bad Wacken DVD, sound disgusting, no athmosphere. And the camera guys... Emppu doing solo, and they zoom onto Marco's bass... Every time a bunch of noobs waisting this huge scene. Even superbands end up shitty on this stage because of the recording quality. And it's been years!

I think in this Wacken concert they all where a bit weaker and off, Floor is going more for the easier head voice and dancing less, in comparison to 2013. But, Wacken 2013 is probably one of the best performances of a metal band ever

I get you, but to be honest it is very common that once in a while a great singer might be exhausted or lacking of practice and thus it might sound off. But later on the singer recovers, maybe she did not rest well that day.

@@luciaespinoza8125 I think you're right. My experience with live performances, especially outdoors, is that the singer needs two or three songs to properly warm up their voice. Even during the infamous and great sounding Wacken 2013 concert I'd say that Floor wasn't at 100% capacity yet during the first 2 songs. Also, this mix isn't that great.

Marco in a skirt (ok, I know it's some kind of kilt) and Floor looking more beautiful than she did at Wacken 2013 who could ask for more? Seriously though, they still sound magnificent and I listen to them at least once every day. Tarja was good, but autotune had to struggle just to keep up with the pitchiness of her forced higher notes. Floor always seems to deliver a more consistent rock solid performance. As to the comments about them looking exhausted please consider the fact that the energy required to produce consistent performances at this level requires incredible stamina. Kai on the drums alone equals at least half a day swinging a hammer at the forge. In fact , the whole team effort would exhaust people half their age. Cheers, Steve
