I think this one is one of the best, if not THE best song they ever did. Even though it's not a 20 minute complicated masterpiece. This one can leave you bawling. The first one I ever heard was Sleeping sun, back in 99, I fell in love. I was 12. With Dead boys poem I knew to cry even though I didn't understand a single word in english, with the Poet, it gets you through sooo many emotions and leave you empty... But this one... oh my... I was never lucky enough to see them live but I would give anything to watch Marco and Emppu do this one

So this is the final track on disc one of latest album Human II Nature. Ideally heard in sequence as it charts man's/nature's development. Second album, All The Works of Nature Which Adorn the World, is an instrumental piece in sections and worth watching the fan made video with it. In the section Aurora you will see the Northern Lights.

This, to me, is THE masterpiece of Tuomas, The Mozart of Metal. What an incredible artistic musical product by him. And Marco really lets out all his incredible vocal talents, flavored by Floor. This is my favorite Nightwish song. Period.

It would be cool if they performed this song in an ancient relic. Unfortunately, they probably won't perform it ever. Like The Islander and While Your Lips Are Still Red, Endlessness is a Marko song. They won't do them anymore.

My favorite part of the song is lines after Floor sings. Tip the reaper to ensure the blade is sharp as soon we'll go! Very true. Little bit old wolrd reference there. What comes to possible life elsewhere, well maybe Europa, The Jupiter's moon has life closest to us.

when nightwish music sound so much movie music,i think this song sound double time movie music. it´s ironic that this song is maybe the best new album song and not hear live ever coz marko leave the band. thanx to great reaction and have awesome day there.

Instead of asking what's on the other side on the moon you have to ask yourself "What's near the South Pole of the moon". React to "Shoemaker" from this album. It's about Eugene Shoemaker, an American geologist and astronomist and the first person who proved that craters on the earth and moon were impacts of meteorites. For more on him please google him if you're going to react to this song because than you understand the lyrics better. A phenomenal song and the ending...Floor transcends herself!! Btw...the symbols of this Human Nature album are: above the line...the Sumerian cuneiform symbols for God, Heaven (stars/sun), below the line the Assyrian cuneiform symbols of men and nature.
