Someone perhaps has mention this before, but in this consert was 82.000 people to enjoy this epicness. And this epic song need epic raction and you nailed it every way. That was outstanding and so was your double FLORRGASM!!! I am glad you didn't try for a 3rd as I am not sure you would of survived it without your head exploding (LOL)!!! Now you see why everyone wants you to start with this song but you seemed to enjoy it more having had just a small taste of the band and Floor ahead of this. This Wacken concert is awesome and there is not a bad song on this 15 song set list from start to finish so stick with it or jump to Wembley Arena or Tampere concerts it doesn't matter this is a fantastic LIVE band period!!!! Detrucci, Floor trained her whole life for this role. She was more than prepared. When the 2nd Nightwish singer dropped out with 10 months left in a worldwide tour, who did they call? Floor, they told her she had two days to learn a 15 song set list including a long flight From the Netherlands to Western USA. She stepped on stage and performed flawlessly from the word Go! She has renewed the old fans and won over many more. She has a gift and is one to all who listen to her. If you don't believe me watch her sing on the Dutch reality TV show Beste Zangers. She sang like 8 songs and they are all the proof anyone needs to say she is clearly one of the best singers in the world out there in any genre, (OR LANGUAGE!!!). You might actually shed tears of joy listening to her . I know I did.

We told you it was one of the three epics! You said it earlier in your reaction. This was truly a "score" in the opera or musical theater style. This song really allows Floor to show you many of the different vocal styles she has in her repertoire. Not all but many. That last vocal part "My fall, Will be for, for you" is something she added to give it the Floor affect! When the old & new fans first heard this they were won over and immediately accepted her into the Nightwish pantheon with overwhelming love. This was one of Tarja's signature songs and I think even she would be impressed with this performance. Great video reaction Detrucci! You went from smiling to inquisitive to befuddled to amazed. Then you got happy in the quiet part, which led to anticipatory, trying to take it all in. Then came the flaming opera part which brought back the amazement leading up to Enrapturement! That my friend is what we call a FLOORGASM! That smile was glued to your face for the last 30 seconds of the vocals. You were holding your head with both arms as if your head was about to fly off? You also looked like you were trying to understand what was going on musically. I think you were hearing the choir backing track, which plays throughout the song and repeats during the chorus. My favorite band, my favorite song. Hands down, no contest, Floor is a goddess. All that said, check out Avantasia if you have not already. I’d suggest The Raven Child or Alchemy ( Geoff Tate guest vocalist). The album Moonglow came out on 2019 and it’s epic. It has kept me going while I wait for new Nightwish. ✌🏻
