About once a year I have a Nightwish urge .....my poor neighbours ,,,,,,The mix was wrong on this they should have brought the vocal forward . You get to record Floor FFS why is she so far back in the mix ?

Nightwish is going in a much different direction than their earlier albums. To me, their last album, Human. :II: Nature. was a complete dud. My brother and I were talking about it a few months ago and he compared it to works by Igor Stravinsky - technically great but almost unlistenable. If Nightwish continues on this path, they will lose a large part of their fan base.

Big nightwish fan, whatever direction they take, they make the music they want to make, but something about the mixing in this one pisses me off, without the lyrics in front of me all I can hear Floor singing is the song title...everything else is like...what? Might just be one of those that is better as an instrumental.
