Everyone hates on Troy but I like his voice. Very soothing. I especially like his work with Auri.

Who hates Troy...I do not know anybody. He is awesome singer too...different than Marco though. Yes...in Auri he really fits the picture so well.

The last few Songs of the Album are just slow but good. I Start and finish. Troy has a beautiful Voice. Best Flutes and other Instruments. It feels sad but with hope..like flying..Nightsnow. Very Winter Themed...feels like.

🤗🍒🤘🏻 Great Job again And yes, we have to get them more and more used to Troy's voice. I think it's beautiful. Of course, they have sung that song together acoustically before. Floor and Troy are also great together.

Jukka playing his fretless bass, providing this wonderful rumble supporting the melody over the top.

Jukka used a fretless bass on this one.

Another unusual thing, Jukka Koskinen is using a fretless bass. Just about the only song he's done with Nightwish or Wintersun that he's used his fretless bass. Gives his lines a gliding quality.

"For this track we didn't sing the vocal parts together [Floor & Troy]. When I heard it back later, all vocal parts were doubled all of a sudden. Tuomas' choice, and that's about all I'm willing to say about it. I resign myself to this ..//.. I wouldn't have done it this way. I think the track actually didn't quite benefit from the harmonies with Troy, but then again it's also kinda unique". - Floor Jansen (Aardschok Metal Magazine interview, Aug/Sept edition)

@@gwdefrance I meant the person who posted this…they are constantly trash talking Troy all over KZbin…it’s weird.

Just did see a interview with Troy, he suggest to listen to the bassline in this, i think Jukka do something he never did before.. the vocals are of cause also to notice, but thats easier to discover right..

Troy on an interview I just watched said Jukka plays a fretless bass in this so maybe that is what you are hearing hidden in the background (I know nothing about instruments so it may be very clear to tell that)
