Today's video is about making New Year's dishes using the vermicular frying pan and rice pot that our family loves.

It's an expensive product, but it's an essential cooking appliance for my family, and I get a lot of inquiries about it. In Japan, it is customary to eat soba noodles on New Year's Eve and have osechi-ryori with family on New Year's Day, but in Taiwan, we celebrate according to the lunar calendar and only have New Year's Day off. This year, too, I prepared Osechi on the 31st, but unlike last year, I made a mixture of Japanese and Western dishes without using sugar. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did last year.
