On one hand I'm extremely sad that some people literally don't look past the balerinas into the atmosphere of the game and that for the first game this is great. On the other hand these two have attracted more attention than any other detail in the game. You know, after this and Hogwarts: Legacy I feel that gaming is looking fun again, I mean, they know their audience and what people come there for, Atomic Heart is more for action and fun (perverted or not) and Hogwarts: Legacy is a very well constructed fairytale from an atmospheric viewpoint and I'm all here for it.
