Dunno what that one guy is talking "generally alcohol and caffine is fine" NO JUST NO. In EU and other countries ,many places that cater to nightlife refuse to serve beverages like that(especially starting with the last decade), or just in general, there are bans on it many countries, hell my country doesn't have it on the books but the only places that do serve (and even then its more of an exception) beverages like it are those that cater to party tourists during the main summer tourist season. Its because its a health risk even to healthy individuals and establishments can be held liable if something happens to the person they serve it to.

I think the kson situation with niji is a little bit off but maybe im wrong too, when she was coco nijisanji already had problems with hololive fans from the mano aloe situation, you bet coco tried to reach out to niji female talents at some point, we know she knows some of them because she said so, but because we know niji wants to be paid at the time for collabs practically made hololive and niji have a slow reconciliation, dealing with niji is painful for the talents mind and now that we know how niji operates you bet kson would fucking bad mouth that corpo to shit

Mixing alcohol and energy drink led to hospitalization before, but there is no proof someone followed the suggestion which caused him to get hospitalized. Manufacturer tweeted in support of the mix, and government issues reminder due to manufacturer's tweet, not the stream. The manufacturer doubled down despite the government's reminder. The manufacturer should just say that "thanks for the suggestion, but they do not represent the views of the company" and move on. Their PR is as bad as... yeah, Nijisanji. There is a bigger responsibility as a manufacturer.

first of all, niji is bigger than holo, yes, but not that much bigger. and they are bigger because they go hard on ads and collabs with other brands. two, nothing is too huge to fail. nothing. it is just that it will take longer and multiple failures for them to actually fall. look at disney for example. they are the king of entertainment couple years back, now they are largely woke-diversity-blablabla dumpster fire and has become the butt of the jokes. three, niji is big in japan and japan only. everywhere else, they are dog shit. i'd much rather have holo, who is #2 in japan and #1 in everywhere else. four, yes they make a lot of money, but half that money probably belongs to the livers they neglected and artists they didnt pay.
