I can't get over this 3 song EP. They made me feel what most struggle to do with a full album. They lyrics and atmosphere of each song is perfectly correlated between each songs title and theme. So much I could say in a review of my own. This EP is 10/10 for me

Honestly "Of the Abyss" is my favorite track from the EP as well. That breakdown was absolutely filthy. Will's vocals perfectly in sync with the instrumental during his delivery of the "pray to imitation...GODS!" line was disgusting. The solo was the best one Adam had put down on the EP as well.

They are resurrecting symphonic elements, but to a higher quality. The choirs and symphonic elements are perfectly blended into the background and not overtaking the main band. They also use more subtleties for delicate parts. Excellent production and mixing!

Had this plating on my drive from work. When that post guitar solo breakdown hit , I had the biggest fucking smile on my face. Lorna really is coming with everything they've got and it's amazing. I was never into music this hard, then STP showed up and I was like, ok, ok, I can dig it. Then this Lorna Shore masterpiece with Will, I cant listen to anything else, its not brutal enough anymore (without going full death or black metal, I can appreciate tho) I thought as I get older I would mellow out with the heaviness, and that is just simply not true.
