It was so beautiful the way you explained the loss of a loved one. I did this when my daughter passed away and so many people thought I wasn't grieving "properly" as I chose to live for the both of us ❤

1) When you wake say :" today is gonna be a great day" + journal what is gonna make it a good day 2) From Victim to Co-creator: things are happening for me / for a reason. What can I learn from this? 3) Embrace your uniqueness + write a list of all the things you're good at 4) Gratitude list : write at least 3 things you're grateful for, specially on bad days 5) Remove the blocks that are holding you back by shifting your core beliefs (reframe them) Thank you so much Nika for these reminders, my mindset is really needing a reset atm! Thank you for this. I've been trying to do gratitude in the morning, but your suggestion makes so much sense. Deciding "today is going to be so great day" and finding why helps construct a great day. Gratitude at night makes sense (probably will help me sleep better too). Doing my gratitude list in the morning was making me in the past/not building my future. Thanks so much. Control the part of your day you can control. Make the day better. Happen to the day rather than it happening to you. Everything happens for a reason. What kind of takeaway you take from it. Learn from the experience, even if it’s hard. Take advantage of your uniqueness. You can only excell in what you uniquely can do. Bring out the things. Amplify what you already have. Slowly remove your subconscious beliefs and throw them off so you can proceed.
