They are great for speed and races but should absolutely not be used for daily workouts. 0 drop and no toe spring shoes will be your best bet to strengthen your legs and feet when running.

Preferibile iniziare ad usarle in vista di una maratona dal primo lungo oltre i 28km e SOLO nei lunghi. Scusate l'intrusione e buone corse a tutti.☺️♥️🏃🏻

Those shoes are awesome!!! Are they legal for a person going after a world record in a marathon? Those look like great marathon shoes. I used to run many years ago. I ran a 4:18.12 in the 1600 meter in high school and a 14:45 in the 5000 meters. I used to be able to run a relaxed 10 mile run in 55 minutes very easy not all out. It would probably kill me to run now.

Anyone wondering, you can run without this kind of shoes for beginners 60 to 80 pounds is perfect just make sure they have a high enough sole I recommend at least 30mm, if you can beat 15 miles or in a race then you will need better, also if you are reaching for a half or normal marathon then you need ahoes like the vid
