Surprised that he didn’t mention that sunder insta breaks shields and does %hp dmg, which is a direct counter to Nike ult when he was discussing matchups/ things you don’t want to go up against. At lower levels not something you gotta worry about much but higher up the ladder it can definitely be a problem

No one builds sunder, its literally a troll relic, no one would waste a relic to counter one god unless they are new. Ankh is the more likely relic you should be afraid of since its got more competitive value.

@Crowsader true but I’ve seen half or more of the enemy team buy beads for ares counter and NOBODY on my team had any CC except a good heims ult if your quick cause beads are slow

@@displacedcosmonaught8992 Beads are a general relic with lots of applications and ares ult is a potentially a teamwhiping ult. Sunder is a Niche relic with very little practical application and Nike shield really isn't a big enough of a threat to warrant building it since you can burst it down with one or two high damage mage abilities. Its not really a good comparison.

I haven’t really played for well over a year. Didn’t realize they reworked Nike. I remember when you used your 2 to buff your 1 or 3. This kit with the 2 looks more fun to be honest.

I love playing Nike as guardian in ranked. You can build her with a couple hybrid items and she will absolutely destroy. She is one of the tankiest gods in the game. Her kit simply absorbs damage.

I normally build void shield, sledge, boots, Gaia stone, discord,and something that gives magical protections, then u can replace boots for the crusher, buy tp and thorns
