Strongly Poibted Out ime going to be. It's Ridiculous, all you've stated is absolutely 💯 % right. I feel it got those ladies & gentlemen that payed Top money to own a pair of these. Often yah gotta wonder. To how cool 😎 they actually were, Why 🤔 did Nike stop. Id have loved 😍 some Jordon Auto Airs & many many shoes Nike do but with that Tech. 👌🏼 Feel if enough voices say. I own the multi colors adapt bb I think that we should try to do a Class action lawsuit against them for fraud and misleading customers. to buy those shoes. I'm reaching out to you to start this on your platform. Reach out to many people who own these shoes and put them in a lawsuit against nike .

It's shameful they are not open sourcing the app. It's not like you can infringe on their hardware patent with just an app.

@@omer1996d2 It’s not cool what they did. If they want to protect their IP, just leave it in the App Stores and only do the required system updates. It’s not rocket science, just a very minor inconvenience. 🤦🏻

@E21Life Software developers are probably some of the highest paid individuals in nike that aren't management. You pay their salaries. Keeping an app compatible with future OS updates isn't trivial it will require that a software engineer that can be working on the nike app to waste time on updating the ADAPT app when it will never generate future revenue. But getting the bare minimum of having the app open sourced if it is in EOL won't cost nike anything considering that you can't reverse engineer the patented physical product. Even if you know how to code you can't keep to app alive, that's the problem.

The problem is a few people had issues with the adapt shoes. Mine stopped working. They would show charging but would do nothing when I tried to put them on. Nike had no fix and would only offer refunds if you bought from them. They gave up on the technology even though they claimed they wanted to make them adjust automictically for sports.

Agreed, but that’s not our fault. If you buy a car or house because of a certain feature, then the person who sold you that car or house tried to take that feature away, the buyer deserves compensation. They did us dirty.

Definitely disappointed, I have multiple pairs and the option to change the lights to go with outfits or special occasions is the reason I spent all this money on them. I hope one of these millionaire sneaker heads complain too. Maybe they will hear our frustration and disappointment

Hey E21 Life! From what I’ve seen on the internet you’re the only person out there still updating people on these shoes! (And was wondering if you could help me out here!) I have a pair which was once connected to another Nike Adapt account that I don’t have access to anymore and was looking to change ownership of the shoes to my new account. Through my research on the Adapts I could find nothing and I doubt Nike still gives support over these shoes! So if you have any info on these shoes please let me know, if not thanks for the read!

We're in the same boat. I have 3 pairs of Adapt (two 2.0's, and a AJ11 Legend Blue). Even though I waited years after their release to buy them all under retail at GOAT, I definitely feel scammed nonetheless just because Nike, to no surprise, doesn't really care about its customers' needs.

@@E21LifeI bought an android phone for 30 bucks and paired my shoes to that and now I disabled the auto update and it is not connected to WiFi so that is how I will continue to use the one pair I have I was prepared to buy more of these shoes because they are awesome why on earth would they stop selling them or supporting them

@@E21Lifeif you have an Android and you pull the apk from your phone you can install it on any Android in the future, regardless if they take it off the app store or not.
