Perfect review/comparison, answers my questions. I’m similar and will go with adidas for the self-guided workouts. Nike used to have a lot of these but it changed a lot with the recent update

Adidas was my daily premium training app since 2016. Unfortunately it is discontinued. Thank you for your video, I will try the NTC.

I'm in the exact same boat. Loved the workout creator option and the plans were great and focused. With it gone this video convinced me to put Nike back on the table. Too bad some of the free stuff aren't there anymore but if the premium is worth it and parity with Adidas training I'll bite.

I also loved Adidas Training, and still able to use it as I have downloaded the apk file (Android) from a previous version. I can still use the training programs and custom ones as well. The only problem is that I don't get to see the videos any more, but that makes sense as the service is no longer available (I only get to see the initial image of each exercise) Hope this helps! I really tried NTC or even Freeletics, but still missed Adidas Training

Is there a way to adjust the music volume levels on the Nike app? I can't find an obvious setting and I can't hear the trainer whenever I try to use an Apple Music playlist.

Hi, cornerofthemoon! Unfortunately there’s no way to adjust the volume on the app. Usually when I run listening to Apple Music, the song lowers and the trainer audio is louder. Is that not the case for you?

Got it! I’d say most apps are usually good at one or the other (calorie counter or workout app), but Fitbit Premium offers both calorie tracking and workouts as well, no Fitbit required but $9.99/month.

@@ignitedminds1384 I’d recommend using MyFitnessPal or Lose It for calorie tracking and Nike Training Club or Adidas Training or Nike Run Club for workouts. Although separate, they’re still very effective!
