Ya its real addiction is not a joke I am just 18 years old and i was addicated to workout i use to GYM regularly anf the the improvement was also very good But one day i get injured in my lower due to power WEIGHT 🏋‍♂️DEADLIFT which solution was only surgery and Yup its being 7 months of surgery Now regreating on my addiction on GYM AND BODYBUILDING🤕
