The very reason I love Nikke osts (other than that Cosmo loves edm and so do I) is that the music team always puts the vibe on the first place. Maybe their music can not be called as fancy and sophisticatedly composed as lots of Genshin orchestral tracks, maybe it doesnt tell much story, what many game osts that are considered to be good do But you fall into the vibe the moment you hear it, and you vibe damn hard. No matter what are you doing - giving chill advice sessions for the girls in your room, gambling in a casino, wandering the fields of snow, swimming in the summer sea or fighting an enormous monster - the music never fails to deliver the atmosphere.

Oh yeah, I remember recommending or at least saying something about So Playful too back when you did the Summer Seaside react! Glad to see you finally got to this one too! Like I said in the summer seaside react, this was the song that played when the event map was in the daytime while summer seaside played at night. One brings the hype to play around all day, the other helps you wind down to have a relaxing evening. They really complement each other well. 😊

If it weren’t for the fact that Red Hood is my lobby music and Our Hometown is for the Commander’s Office, I’d never stop listening to So Playful. Before the First Year Anniversary, it was actually my lobby music. Every time I’d log in, I’d just stop for a few minutes for some feel good vibing.

So Playful sits on my playlist and when it comes on man the vibes really do go wayyyy up! Generally, the summer music from NIKKE all has excellent vibes (including the battle music like Bass Bomb) and I love em. For a next NIKKE music reaction, I think this one not many know of but its Angel’s Cry from the Red Ash event, its got that classic rock vibe that I really love too. Keep up the great work Catharsis!

Now that the Arknights EN 4th anniversary is here, I recommend checking out both versions of Misty Memory, the event lobby theme. There are 2 in-game versions (day and night) but also an acoustic version that I think you can listen to in your free time.
