In my experience, Ein is pretty great on Electric teams, good at mob clearing with Burst and her true damage is great for Power deficit in Campaign. Flora buffing true damage makes her seem like a potentially great partner for her when she drops. I don't have any of the others, but I've heard Escape Queen Quency is pretty good.
