My initial reaction to Whitney talking about apologies was about her learning how to apologize/accept self. Many people can't speak or hear what they perceive as negative but to me it isn't necessarily negative it just be objectively honest with oneself. I compare it to crying it takes a really strong person to allow themselves to cry where most people associate it to some kind of weakness or being overly emotional.
