Story of mine: I’ve been with a girl who I fell in love deeply with. She was everything that I loved. The way she smiles, the way she does her makeup when we video called, the way she gets mad when she messes her eyebrows up, everything about her just makes me happy and gives me butterflies in my stomach. We loved each other for 6 months and she started talking to her ex bf again, I knew everything and I told her to stop but she never did. I stayed holding onto her knowing that I’ll get hurt anyways but I just kept thinking that she’ll love me back again one day. But one day, she left me for her ex bf. I was hurt and heartbroken. I cried all day and night thinking about her. She came back a week later cause her ex bf wasn’t giving her any attention. I selfishly took her back thinking that she will treat me right this time. But no, a week later she left me for another guy. This went on for a while and I couldn’t take it anymore. So one day when she came back, I gathered up all my courage to tell her that I’m not taking her back after all that she’s put me through. She cried to me and it broke my heart. But I knew that if I allow her back again, I’m just gonna go through the same thing again. I left her even though I’m hurting so much on the inside. This song brings back those memories and it hurts thinking about it again, but at the same time it’s also good that I removed myself from that situation cause now I’m no longer getting my heart broken anymore. This a very good song, keep it up Nikki! 💫💯
